Thursday’s Contest Post of the Day: Back from the Dead?

by Debbie

ppwparty4 In two seasons, Heroes has killed off quite a few characters. Though they have brought a few back from the dead, there are still several who have (apparently) remained dead.  Of the ones who didn’t make it back, yet, is there someone that you miss and would like to see resurrected?

I think I’d like to see Eden McCain brought back. I think she had a lot more to her story than what we got to see. So tell me…

Who would bring back from the dead and why?

Leave a comment telling us who you’d like to see brought back to life and be entered to win one of our many prizes. We’ll have another post for you to weigh in on tomorrow so check back and enter again!  Winners will be drawn at the end of the day Friday, September 19.

(Contest open to US residents only)

If you didn’t get a chance to weigh-in on the previous contest posts, it’s not too late!

I would bring back D.L Hawkins because we never got to see his true potential. He was always dealing with family problems which kept him out of the loop. I would have liked to have seen him team up with other characters like Peter, Hiro, Matt, etc.

  2. AnnieB Says:

I think I would bring back Arthur Petrelli (does he count since he was never actually on the show?). I love the Petrelli family dynamic and I would really like to see how it plays out with him around.

  3. cari Says:

I would like to see Arthur Petrelli. He was dead since the show started, but I have always been curious about him… I mean, we know that Peter/Nathan’s mom is a total jerk, and they seemed to think their dad was worse! So yeah, I’d definitely like to see him.

If it has to be someone we actually saw on the show, I would pick… Isaac. His character was kind of interesting, IMO.

  4. Tarot Says:

I’d like to see Eden Mcain aka Sarah Ellis return. I really liked her character in season one and it was sad that she had to shoot herself to stop Sylar.

My second choice is Charlene Andrews aka “Charlie.” She was sweet and a very good example of an “everyday person” who developed a super power. I have to wonder, if Hiro had been able to save her, how that would have changed things.

  5. Nicky Says:

Eden McCain. I was always intrigued with her character… and her power. I don’t think we got to see her power used enough. It was cool. And I think she was basically a good person in the end. So for a good hero - Eden. For a bad hero - Candice (don’t know her last name) because that illusion ability was awesome and I found it naughtily amusing how she used it to torture others. LOL.

  6. Jen Elliot Says:

I’d like to bring back D.L. I really liked his character and it was just so sad when he died. Although his death did give Nikki’s character a chance to become more fierce and more protective of Miccah.

  7. Mark Sierra at Darn Good Reviews Says:

Monday can’t get here quick enough!

  8. DustInc Says:

I think I’d like to see Eden or DL come back again. Eden had such a cool power–I would have loved to see her back on the show again to use her ‘power of persuasion’ again. I guess I wish I had that power myself (Hey, that’d make a good PotD question!) ;)

Of course DL should be on the list, as the other posters mentioned. I think a lot more could have been done with his abilities. It was also a very unique ability that none of the other heroes (aside from Peter) could come close to.

  9. Shawn Marshall Says:

I’d like to bring back Isaac Mendez, we didn’t get enough in depth into his character before he was killed off.
