Spoilers from TV Guide’s Matt Mitovich

by

In this week’s “Mega Minute,” TV Guide’s Matt Mitovich gives us some info on what to expect from November sweeps:

  • A hit is put out on Matt Parkman’s life and the executioner is one of the last people you might expect
  • In the battle between Arthur and Angela Petrelli, someone from the past will re-appear, giving Angela a significant edge – Matt’s clue: “Think Bob Hope’s famous theme song.”  That theme song being “Thanks for the Memory.” Hmmmm.

Here’s the video, in which he also has scoop on Desperate Housewives and Smallville:

So what is your interpretation of these clues?  Leave a comment and let us know what you think!

  1. Liam Says:

“Thanks for the Memories” lmao i would suspect that it will be The Haitian that gives Angela the significant edge.

  2. joe Says:

I think it’ll be charlie. She worked at the burnt toast diner, she had a great memory, and in the song these things are both mentioned. It’s also about a girl he met for a short time just like hiro.

    Hope it’s isaac though.

  3. Liam Says:

joe, i think you might be right with Charlie, all signs point to her but i cant figure out how she could give a significant egde to Angela, i mean, all she had was an enhanced memory.

  4. Werdoop Says:

Trust me on this one, it’s the Haitian he already works for Angela and he will be giving her the edge because he cancels out powers plus it was already confirmed that the Petrelli’s will be traveling with the Haitian to Haiti this season.

  5. Nate Says:

What about Charles Deveaux? He has an ability, he is a face from the past, the comment about “swingy Harlem” fits because we know he was involved in that scene, and we know that his ability has something to do with memories/past/future?…He also has a currently unexplored connection to Angela.
    I think that its Charles.

  6. Debbie Says:

I would think The Haitian as well, but he has already been around this season and the clue says that someone from the past will be coming back…and the song lyrics sure do make me think of Charlie:

    Thanks for the memory
Of rainy afternoons that pulls me by the case
And how I jumped the day you trunked my burning toast and prunes
    How lovely it was

  7. Leah Says:

I believe it will be Carlos Mendez, Isaacs father and one of the compay’s founders.

  8. Tarot Says:

It may be the Haitian returning. He’s the one with the best memory related edge.

  9. Those Rumors About Transformers 2 And Lost Are Wrong [Morning Spoilers] | socalspaces Says:

[...] According to TV Guide’s Matt Mitovich, someone puts out a contract on Matt Parkman’s life — and the assassin is one of the last people you’d expect. (Can we call a moratorium on saying that about Heroes? At this point, I expect pretty much anything from any of the characters, because their behavior is completely randomized.) In the battle between Arthur and Angela Petrelli, Angela gets an edge from a person out of the past, someone who’s connected to Bob Hope’s theme song, “Thanks for the memory.” [TV Guide via Watching Heroes] [...]
