Season 3 Casting Rumors

I was cruising the net for Heroes info and I ran across some Season 3 cast member rumors, so I thought I’d share them here. This may be spoilery so don’t click the cut if you don’t want to know….

According to the Season 3 spoilers page at the Wiki, Jessica Collins will be joining the cast as Sophie, described by the Hollywood Reporter as “a mysterious woman with powers who works at the organization that is tracking all heroes.” You might remember Jessica from the short-lived series The Nine, in which she starred with Dana Davis (Monica). |

Also listed as a Season 3 cast member is Richard Schiff, formerly of The West Wing. Schiff will play a yet-unnamed character who, according to an interview with Sendhil Ramamurthy, will “have a profound effect” on Mohinder. |

As reported earlier, Jamie Hector will be joining the cast as Benjamin “Knox” Washington who is apparently a new villain. Hector is best known for his portrayal of Mario Stanfield on The Wire. |

Also, Heroes the Series is reporting that Wynn Everett has been cast as super speedy villain Joy. Everett has guest starred on Hope and Faith, and recently played a part in the movie Charlie Wilson’s War. |
While Jamie Hector is confirmed and has already filmed a couple of episodes, the others haven’t officially been announced as far as I can tell. They don’t yet list Heroes on their IMDB profiles and I can’t find anything official announcing them as cast members. I’ll keep an eye out for anything official and let you know if/when I find out more.

I look foward to seeing Jamie Hector on HEROES, Jamie is a phenominal actor he was awesome on THE WIRE, even though I hated his character Marlo Stanfield. I can’t wait to see what he does on HEROES, I can’t imagine him being any more of a bad guy than he was as Marlo. We all hated him for what he did but couldn’t wait to see him again each week cause he did it soooo well.

i argree Jamie Hector is always at the top of his game no matter what he does and i think he is going to make heros a very popular show…. i can’t wait to see him on heros !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
