Pushing Daisies Boss Coming to Heroes?

by

Reliable insiders at NBC say that Heroes most likely will replace Jeph Loeb and Jesse Alexander with at least one new writer-producer, and one of the names on their list is Bryan Fuller.  Fuller served as a consulting producer for part of the first season.

Of course, Fuller is currently executive producer over at ABC’s Pushing Daisies.  It would seem that the fate of that show (which doesn’t look good at this point) would have bearing on whether or not he would be available for Heroes full-time.

Pushing Daisies rocks. I’m still unsure on my opinion about JA and JL’s firing, but this would be a step in the right direction.

You know, it’s funny but just a week or so ago I read something about how Heroes could really use more of the Pushing Daisies-type creativity. Maybe this is what Heroes needs to recapture some of their critical acclaim from Season 1. Although, personally, I really don’t think there’s anything they could do to get back that acclaim - Season 1 was blow-your-mind-amazing and I think that because of that, critics are being extra-hard on Heroes.

  3. Alison Says:

Its just never been the same since Bryan left. And I’m not hatin’ season 2 and 3 like most people, but he can bring the human drama back.

  4. Amy Says:

Bryan Fuller returning to Heroes would be the most awesome thing ever.

  5. Tarot Says:

It bites that we lost JL and JA but getting BF on board would be something positive.
