Masi Oka Will Present at Creative Arts Emmys
Heroes star Masi Oka has been announced as a presenter for the 2008 Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards.
Other presenters will include Jennifer Beals (The L Word), Valerie Bertinelli (True Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet), Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad), Jon Cryer (Two and a Half Men), Alan Cumming (Tin Man), Cat Deeley (So You Think You Can Dance), Lisa Edelstein (House M.D.), Jenna Fischer (The Office), Seth Green (Robot Chicken), Anna Gunn (Breaking Bad), Tom Hanks (Executive Producer, John Adams), Joe Mantegna (Criminal Minds), Jack McBrayer, (30 Rock), Cesar Millan (The Dog Whisperer), Lee Pace (Pushing Daisies), James Pickens Jr. (Grey’s Anatomy), Oliver Platt (Nip/Tuck), Chloe Sevigny (Big Love), Sarah Silverman (The Sarah Silverman Program), Evan Spiridelis (JibJab Media Inc) and Gregg Spiridelis (JibJab Media Inc).
All of the "behind-the-scenes" awards will be presented as well as those for Outstanding Guest Actor/Actress in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Guest Actor/Actress in a Drama Series, Outstanding Reality Series and Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Special. Emmy winner Tom Hanks will present the prestigious Governors Award to National Geographic Channel’s "Preserve Our Planet Campaign."
Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother) and Sarah Chalke (Scrubs) will host the ceremony which takes place this coming Saturday, September 13, at the NOKIA Theatre in Los Angeles. It will be taped for broadcast, airing as a two hour special on E! Entertainment Television on September 20 at 8pm.
