Heroes Stars Upcoming Movie Projects
You might not be able to catch your favorite Heroes stars on the small screen right now, but over the next few months there are several movies coming out that will help fill that void.
Coming up on February 8, Milo Ventimiglia (Peter) stars in Pathology. He plays Ted Gray, a med student who finds himself caught up in a deadly game to see who can commit the perfect murder. Alyssa Milano stars as his girlfriend. Here’s a peek at the trailer:
Milo also has 2 other movies completed, Game and Chaos Theory, and has just signed on to star in Armored with Laurence Fishburn, Matt Dillon and Skeet Ulrich. No word yet on when we can expect to see those in theaters.
In March, look out for Masi Oka (Hiro) in The Promotion, a comedy starring John C. Reilly, Seann William Scott and Jenna Fischer. He will also play Bruce in the big screen adaptation of the TV show, Get Smart. Steve Carrell, Anne Hathaway and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson star. It comes out June 20. Take a look:
Also in March, James Kyson Lee (Ando) can be seen as Ritsuo in Shutter. It’s a horror flick about a young couple who see ghostly images in their honeymoon photos. It stars Joshua Jackson and Rachael Taylor.
Coming up in April, Kristen Bell (Elle) joins Jason Segel and Mila Kunis in the Judd Apatow flick Forgetting Sarah Marshall. This one looks hilarious (like most of Judd’s movies):
Kristen will also be starring in Fanboys. It is the story of a group of Star Wars fans in 1998 who go on a quest to break into George Lucas’ home and steal a copy of The Phantom Menace. Originally scheduled for a January release, it looks like this one has been pushed back to spring. It looks hilarious…especially to those of us who know *these* Star Wars fans.
Heroes alum Leonard Roberts (D.L.) stars in the May 14 release, The Stone House. It’s a horror flick about a group of U.S. soldiers in the Middle East who encounter supernatural force.
The one we’re all waiting for, Star Trek XI, starring Zachary Quinto (Sylar) as Spock, is slated for December 25. The first teaser trailer is out now:
