Dania Ramirez Wins at Imagen Awards

Heroes star Dania Ramirez was awarded the Best Supporting Actress trophy for her role as Maya Hererra at the 23rd Annual Imagen Awards.  The ceremony was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on August 22.

The Imagen Awards honor the best of what Hollywood can produce in portraying the image of Latinos and Latino culture.  For the complete list of winners, visit www.imagen.org.

Dania was also nominated for the same honor at the American Latino Media Arts Awards (ALMA), which took place on on August 17th at the Pasadena Civic Center, but lost out to Julie Gonzalo of Eli Stone.
