Brea Grant Excited About ‘Heroes’ Debut
Heroes newest villain is thrilled to be part of the show. Brea Grant, who will play Hiro’s nemesis, Daphne, in the upcoming third season of Heroes, talked her Texas hometown newspaper, The Marshall News Messenger, about her new role.
"When I found out I had the audition, I literally laid down on the floor and started crying," Grant says. "Then, after that, I think things sort of became very real to me. I just worked really hard to get the role."
Not to be caught off-guard, Grant says she reviewed every episode of the show before she began filming. "I mean to walk onset for the first time and be introduced to everyone, introduced to the creators of the show, to the writers and all of my favorite characters…it was really nerve-wracking, but it was fun," she said. "It’s a surreal kind of fun, but I guess that’s what every actor wants to do is to be on a show that you love."
The article says that Grant has already filmed 9 episodes and is about to begin her 10th. The full interview is available at The Marshall News Messenger.

I didn’t know she was a fan. That’s pretty cool. I haven’t seen a lot of her character preseason, just a clip here and there and the GN featuring Daphne.
